PARISH MAGAZINE – be sure to pick up your copy.

CHILDREN IN THE PARISH  –  It is great to have these children in the Parish.  After discussion with the Core Group of the Parish the decision has been made –

  1. Replace in both churches the 1st Sunday no children’s liturgy and children’s mass with the 2nd Sunday instead.  This is because so many 1st Sundays fall when children are away on holiday throughout the year.
  2. In OLSP to start again Liturgy of the Word for children on the 1st Sunday of the month only due to shortage of children’s liturgy folk.  Children’s Liturgy will be for children between 4-8 years.

These changes will come in for the new school year.

EAST GRINSTEAD CATENIANS  –  Members and their families are also reminded of the cocktails evening on 10th August.  The Catenian Association is a Catholic faith-based friendship group for men who meet socially and support each other through fellowship, faith, family, fun and fundraising.  To find out more on the Catenian Association please call Paul Barrett on 01342 870058 or  visit http://www.egcats.co.uk
